Reflective Meditations
Meditation on Attracting Money for Spiritual Purposes
This reflective meditation is intended to make us aware of the spiritual energy animating money. In the current world situation, we might too easily forget that money is actually a vehicle for helping humanity collaborate with the Divine Plan—a means, not an end in itself. When we think of money in spiritual terms, we change the focus of attention from the form to the more subtle energies the form veils and that give impulse to the daily affairs in which money is simple a mediator.
In doing this meditation, we are encouraged to move from a focus on attachment, limitation, and fear to a focus on sharing, abundance, and joy. We are asked to “Take what you have saved during the previous week and dedicate it to the work and present it in meditation to the Coming One and His Hierarchy.” This might seem awkward in an age of electronic banking and internet transactions, but the rationale behind it holds truth: that the money that passes through our hand can be cleansed of its personality attachments and be offered to serve spiritual objectives, whatever these might be for each of us.
Some people have wondered how to proceed when redirecting money to more than one spiritual group (as per Stage II, Step 3). There are different ways to do this, either by naming the groups or by visualizing their activities. Others prefer to imagine the different groups they are affiliated with within a luminous star, etc.
A word of caution is in order: Avoid pondering on the first three questions with an attitude of self-criticism. The idea behind the questions is not that of self-castigation but rather an invitation to ponder on our capacity to dynamically shift to sharing, abundance, and joy.

Meditation for the Reappearance of the Coming One
This reflective meditation is intended to help us collaborate with one of the major tasks for the New Group of World Servers (NGWS) and Humanity at large: the preparation for the reappearance of the Coming One. This Great Being — called by different names in many of the major world religions (the Christ, the Lord Maitreya, the Imam Mahdi, the Messiah, the World Teacher) — embodies the spiritual principle of Love and Wisdom, a principle that also lies at the very heart of each Soul, atomic or cosmic.
In this sense, the Coming One has always been with us and always will be. This meditation is an invocation and an affirmation that we will live according to that principle (“I have no other life intention”) and that we will make all possible efforts to bring the reality of that existence into manifestation on Earth.
Further, this meditation invites us to see the principle of Love acting in the world, visualizing people everywhere, members of the NGWS, and spiritually oriented people, glowing with an inner light. When we focus our attention on the principle of Love in us and others, and when we live accordingly, this principle is spontaneously vivified, right relationships are fostered, and cleavages are healed. As The Tibetan stated, once you have memorized the essence of the sequence, forget the stages and “be impelled by the synthesis of the form.”
